Pricing
Many factors will alter prices depending on your property, eg its general condition & surfaces to be covered. If walls are blown it will be necessary to hack off all loose render & make good prior to pebbledashing. Likewise on a new extension where block work is used this will require a scratch coat inc. a waterproofer before a topcoat & pebbledash can be applied.
On painted surfaces a PVA adhesive must be applied first. Also, the type of finish will alter the price, you may require Bell drips & a plinth at the bottom of your property, also becoming very popular is half & half - top half pebbledashed & lower half smooth rendered.
As a guide an average 3 bedroom semi-detached property requiring minimum preparation with a single coat render from approx £1700 depending on colour, front only from approx £520.
